Steps to Request Compensation for the Visa Fees

A financial compensation for the visa fees which is issued for the purpose of the visit of the student and her guardian can be refunded. Therefore, the student must comply with the following steps:

  1. Attaching a copy of the visa that has been issued for the visit of the student and her guardian. (by the student)
  2. Attaching the original receipts of the student’s visa and the guardian’s visa too. (by the student)
  3. Preparing a letter to request compensation of the visa fees and sending it with all the attachments to the Student Affairs Coordinator. (by the student)
  4. Downloading, completing and signing the "Visa Compensation Form".
  5. Sending a letter with all the attachments enclosed to the General Supervisor of the programme to get approval. (by the Student Affairs Coordinator)
  6. Sending all the papers to the Deanship of Faculty and Personnel Affairs. (by the General Supervisor)
  7. An order to refund the visa fees is issued. (by the Human Resources)
  8. A copy of the refund order must be sent to the administration of the programme to save it in the student’s file. (by the student)
