Steps to Apply for the program
How to apply for The Program
Firstly: application for the program is available all year where applications are received via e-mail Ejsp@ksu.edu.sa or by Diwan system and it would be reviewed to assure that it meets all the requirements.
Secondly: After filling the required forms (which downloaded from EJSP website) by the applicant and receiving the approval from the department and college boards, all the documents would be sent to EJSP e-mail or via Diwan:
The required documents:
The application form.
A commitment between the applicant and EJSP (signed by the applicant and approved by the head of the department or his assistant).
The student must score in IELTS Academic exam a minimum 5.0 or its equivalent.
Scientific research that is published in the same field after obtaining the certificate. The publishing should be in an authorized magazine without considering the master thesis.
A copy of the employment letter for the position of lecturer.
A copy of the bachelor’s degree certificate and the academic record in English.
A copy of the master’s degree and the academic record in English (not less than one year of the acquisition of master’s degree).
The applicant’s CV.
The internal supervisor resumes (if available).
A copy of ID of the applicant.
Thirdly: a completed applicant’s file is presented to the general director of EJSP to take a final decision and in the case of approval, a notification would be sent to the college of the applicant for joining the program.
