How to Apply
Language Opportunity Program
It is a program specifically for enrolled students within the External Joint Supervision Program.
This program gives the enrollees the chance to improve their language skills to help in fulfilling the language requirements for applying to international universities .The language Opportunity Program duration is between 3 to 6 months.
Applying to English language opportunity program for students enrolled at EJSP:
Filling out the application form and sending it to EJSP administration, attached with the result of TOEFL or equivalent.
2. The application form is submitted to the special committee of the preparation of admission criteria and assessment of the applicants for the language program at EJSP for approval.
3. Issuing the approval letter for the enrollment at language opportunity program request mentioning the duration of study.
4. Having an initial admission of a certified language institute.
5. An e-mail will be received by the applicant to inform him about the approval of EJSP administration for attending the institute.
A6. ddressing a letter to the director of human resources development administration to request the financial guarantee of the institute.
7. Receiving the financial guarantee from the human resources development department.
8. Sending the financial guarantee to the institute with the aim of obtaining an official acceptance.
9. Issuing a letter to the department and college board to get their approval.
10. Addressing a letter to the vice rector for faculty and personnel affairs in the aim of requesting a full study leave attached with the college approval letter.
11. Completing the other procedures such as ticket order in coordination with human resources deanship.
