Enrolling in the program 

It’s the stage in which the lecturer or teaching assistant joins External Joint Supervision Program and begins to look for a university admission without an administrative decision to start the program at the external university. 

 Rights 

1. Notifying the student that she is enrolled in the program after the approval of the standing committee of EJSP. 

2. Acquiring the identification which proves the enrollment in the program. 

3. Facilitating the acquisition of financial guarantees for the external universities. 

4. Enabling the student to attend the language opportunity program abroad on terms and conditions. 

Liabilities 

1. The student shouldn’t attend more than one postgraduate program at the same time. 

2. Contacting the program’s administration simultaneously to inform them about the updates. 

3. Being up to date about the program and attending meetings. 

4. Applying to accredited universities by the ministry of education and adhering to any additional conditions required by the program’s administration or by the department and college boards. 

5. Notifying the program’s administration upon obtaining an approval from the external university. 

The conditions that should be applicable at the external university: 

1. It should be one of the recommended universities by the ministry of education in terms of Major and the same academic degree. 

2. The university should be one of the top fifty among British universities ranking according to the major. 

3. It should be one of the top-ranked universities in the world university rankings, and this is verified through the following sites: Shanghai Ranking. ، QS-worldwide ، Complete University Guide   

4.Abidance with any additional terms set by the program or the college or department councils. 

5.It shouldn’t be an American university.
