Steps to Apply for the Programme

  1. Filling in the Application Form to apply electronically and attaching the required documents.
  2. The applicant should request to join the programme by writing to the head of to the department of her college to obtain approval of the departmental board and college.
  3. Nominating eligible candidate for the interview.
  4. The programme administration proposes the recommendations of the Interview Committee to the Standing Committee. The applicant and the department are then notified about the outcome.
  5. A notifying letter of acceptance from the Standing Committee is sent after that to the dean of the applicant’s college and the Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, as well as the department chair and the applicant.

  1. After approval of the Standing Committee of the EJSP to be enrolled at the programme.
  2. A letter confirming acceptance of the student at the EJSP as well as an introduction letter of the programme are sent to the student to facilitate communication with external universities (the General Supervisor and the coordinators) .
  3. The enrolled student then nominates an internal supervisor, and a letter of approval from the EJSP is sent to the department and the CV of the nominated supervisor should be sent to the EJSP.
  4. The enrolled student starts searching for an offer to study from an external university, and there are a number of allied universities which students can apply for. It is nonetheless possible to apply to other universities, but it is necessary to check the rank of the university, as it must be amongst the top fifty Universities in the area of ​​specialization. The enrolled student must also comply with any other requirements required by her department or college.
  5. The enrolled student should choose the external supervisor and send his/her CV to the programme.
