Steps of the student’s visit to the external university and the request for compensation

 

 

The Steps of the student’s visit to the external university and the application for payment of financial compensation. 

The student should travel to the external university for at least eight weeks yearly. Therefore, the student should follow the steps mentioned below to obtain the ticket order and request compensation for the visit. The visit request is submitted a month before travelling to the external university. The steps for applying for a visit is as follows: 

 

1.Downloading, filling out and signing the student’s Visit Application form to the external university. 

2. A copy of a valid passport is required for the student and her dependents. 

3. A copy of a valid visa is required for the student and her dependents. 

4. Sending the form with all the attachments to the student’s coordinator. 

5. filling the part that is specialized for the program's administration by the student affairs coordinator. 

6. Sending the form with all the attachments to the general director of EJSP to get his approval for the visit. 

7. Sending all the documents with a letter to the Deanship of Human Resources. 

8. The issuance of ticket order for the student and her guardian. (by Human Resources). 

9. Receiving the ticket order from EJSP administration. 

10. After she returns from the visit, the student should prepare a report about the visit within two weeks using the EJSP template which can be downloaded from the link on the EJSP website. A copy of the report should be sent to the EJSP administration for documentation. 

11. A copy of the report and the letter of visit allowance are required by EJSP administration for documentation. 

12.A copy of the report is required for EJSP general director and a copy of the visit allowance request for EJSP administration for documentation. 

13.Sending all the documents with a letter of visit allowance to the Deanship of Human Resources.
