It is a program specifically for enrolled students within the External Joint Supervision Program. This program gives the enrollee a chance to improve her language skills to help her in fulfilling the language requirements for applying to international universities .The language Opportunity Program duration is between 3 to 6 months.

  1. Sending the application form to ejsp@ksu.edu.sa after completing it and attaching the TOEFL test result, or any of its equivalents. (By the enrolled student)
  2. Submitting a request of application to the Special Committee in setting the criteria of acceptance and evaluating applicants at the English Language Opportunity Programme of the EJSP to issue the approval decision. (By the Coordinator of the English Language Opportunity Programme)
  3. Issuing a letter of approval for the student to be enrolled at the English Language Opportunity Programme, and specifying the required period of studying English (Bythe Coordinator of the English Language Opportunity Programme)
  4. Getting an initial acceptance from a certified language institute. (By the enrolled student)
  5. An e-mail is sent to the applicant notifying her about approval of the programme of the chosen language institute. (By the Coordinator of the English Language Opportunity Programme)
  6. A letter is ther sent to the Director of Human Resources Development Department requesting the financial guarantee for the language institute. (The General Supervisor)
  7. The financial guarantee is sent to the enrolled student via e-mail. (By the Coordinator of the English Language Opportunity Programme)
  8. Sending an official letter of the financial guarantee to the institute to receive an official acceptance. (By the enrolled student)
  9. Issuing a letter requesting the approval of the department and the college. (By the General Supervisor)
  10. A letter requesting granting a student a full study-leave is sent to the Vice Rector of the Faculty and Personnel Affairs – attached with a letter of approval of the Departmental Board and the college. (By the General Supervisor)
  11. Completing the rest of the procedures, such as requesting the ticket order by following-up with the Personnel Affairs. (By the enrolled student)
